Wood Window Pricing:
Andersen, Built Best, Caradco, Crestline, Lincoln, Marvin, Norandex, Norco, Pella, Pozzi, Rockwell, Vetter, and Windsor both double hung and casement cost 185.00 to restore with wood or 225.00 to use our rot free materials. This will include the sill, nosing, and brick mold removed and replaced with all new number one grade red oak and poplar. Once all the new materials are installed we will seal these new products from water and thermal penetration.
For historic restoration the price will have a slight increase to 275.00.
